HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?
Unfortunately, not everything in technology has a positive effect. Every day, more and more people are becoming addicted to social media, gaming or even online shopping.

Is technology addiction a serious problem?
Sometimes people get so absorbed that they miss out on real-life, like talking to people face-to-face or noticing what's going on around them. It's important to put the phone down sometimes: go outside, read a book, or hang out without screens.
How often do I check my phone?
I would say I only use it around 10 minutes per day.
What do I use it for?
I use it just to keep in touch with my friends or with my family through WhatsApp. I use it just on working days, when I leave school, to be able to communicate with my parents.
How to reduce technology use?
If you don't want technology to become an habit, it's good to take regular breaks from electronic devices. This may help you think about your dependence on technology. Moreover, experts say adults should limit screen time outside work to less than two hours per day, and it is advised not to use it before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. Also, physical activity can help reducing the need of using technology.
